You can cancel or change the time free of charge up to 24 hours before. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the amount is not refunded. The same applies if you do not show up.

The session is listening and information, supportive and advisory in nature. It is not a medical service or a psychological assessment. It is not meant for emergencies. It is for adults. The psychologists on the team are licensed to practise. Peer support partners are not psychologists.
