Withdrawal

To change the time or cancel up to 24 hours before the session, the link in your booking email is enough.

As a consumer, you can also withdraw from the booking within 14 days, without giving a reason, if the session has not taken place. The amount is refunded by the same payment method, within 14 days. Details in the Terms of use.
